Our Story
LAANDED was founded on one belief: real estate, done properly, creates lasting value.
The name traces back to the founding family's grandfathers, both immigrants who built lasting businesses through discipline and long-term thinking. It's a tribute to their legacy and a deliberate play on "landed", a word carrying centuries of ownership, permanence and the idea of securing something meaningful for the generations that follow.
The double A also references the Land Acquisition Act, NSW legislation that recognises land's potential to serve public benefit. LAANDED operates in that spirit: identifying and developing land that strengthens communities and creates lasting value for those who come after us.
From residential land subdivisions to mixed-use, seniors living and hospitality assets, every project is approached with patience, clarity and long-term intent. The fundamentals are assessed rigorously, the context is respected and delivery is taken seriously.
