Biography
Peter Manettas is the Managing Director of LAANDED Property Group, a privately led property development and investment business active across residential, mixed-use, seniors living and hospitality assets in NSW.
LAANDED was founded alongside his father, George Manettas, to give the family's property legacy a face and a framework. The vision was always to carry forward the values built across generations: disciplined capital thinking, long-term conviction and a genuine belief in the communities we develop in.
Two family names shaped who Peter is in business. His grandfather Peter Manettas AM built a name synonymous with seafood in Australia spanning over 80 years, a legacy George Manettas carried forward and expanded across both seafood and property. His grandfather Nicholas Andrews is recognised for his contribution to the meat industry and a significant property portfolio built alongside it. Those foundations, relationships, discipline and long-term thinking, are what drive LAANDED today.
His focus spans Sydney's growth corridors and NSW's emerging lifestyle markets, currently active across South West Sydney, the Lower North Shore and the Mid North Coast. Each opportunity is assessed against a defined framework of infrastructure pipeline, demographic trajectory, planning certainty and capital viability before any commitment is made.
Peter oversees acquisition strategy, capital structuring and the strategic direction of the group's development pipeline, working alongside experienced consultants and capital partners from initial feasibility through to delivery.
He places strong emphasis on governance, transparency and measured decision-making. Rather than pursuing volume, his objective is a resilient business capable of delivering enduring outcomes across market cycles.
